What is AquaCare?
In 2025, Cameroon imported 267,259 tonnes of frozen fish, worth 230.8 billion FCFA. The country eats about 480,000 tonnes a year, and local fish farming produced only about 13,000 in the first nine months of the year. The water, the land and the demand are there. What is missing is know-how: running a successful farm is still reserved for a few insiders.
AquaCare is an ecosystem that lets a company or an individual start a fish farm and make it succeed, even without any knowledge of fish farming. Our team builds the business plan with you, builds the farm if you do not have a site yet, and trains the person who will look after your ponds on our own farms. Then the app takes over: costs and income simulated before you buy fingerlings, a two-minute daily entry, feed ordered and stock tracked automatically, and reports you can check wherever you are. Our team supports you every day, and at the end of the cycle, AquaCare buys back your production.

Do I need an internet connection to use AquaCare?
Not for recording. You can enter everything without a network. Your data is sent automatically as soon as the connection is back. You only need internet to create your account.
Which fish does it work for?
AquaCare is built for catfish (clarias) and tilapia, the two most farmed species in Cameroon.
I have tanks, a pond or cages. Does it work?
Yes. You register each of your facilities, and every tank, pond or cage is tracked separately.
What are the PDF reports for?
To keep a clean record of every cycle and share it: partner, investor, bank. They are generated in one tap and sent by WhatsApp or email.
When will the app be available?
Very soon on the App Store and Google Play. Message us on WhatsApp to be notified on launch day.
How do I become a supported farm?
Message us on WhatsApp with your project. We work through the business plan, construction and follow-up with you. Buying back the harvest is reserved for supported farms.
How do I order feed?
In the app’s Store. Choose the DIBAQ feed that suits your fish, then home delivery or pickup.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, at any time, from the app or from the account deletion page.
